This portal helps clients of Felix Ebasco view project updates and manage monthly project-service payments. Your separate project agreement defines the scope of work, deliverables, and any cancellation or refund terms.
Creating an account does not authorize a payment. After Felix sets your rate, you can separately approve a recurring subscription on PayPal. Payments are charged in Philippine pesos (PHP), beginning when you approve, and recur monthly until cancelled. Any USD amount shown is an approximate reference amount, not the amount or currency charged.
Your monthly rate may change when your project enters a different phase. PayPal sends a price-change notice and allows at least 10 days before the new rate applies to an existing subscription. A renewal inside that notice window uses the previous rate. Review the PayPal notice for the applicable billing cycle.
You can cancel automatic payments in Billing & payments or through PayPal. Cancelling autopay does not refund prior payments, erase outstanding balances, or automatically end your project agreement. PayPal may retry failed collections and suspend a subscription after repeated failures. Contact Felix to resolve billing questions, refunds, or work arrangements.
We collect your first name, optional middle name, last name, project name, and email to operate your client account. Supabase Auth handles your password and email confirmation. Project updates and payment references are stored in the portal database. PayPal processes payment details; this portal does not store card numbers or PayPal passwords. Your project records are only available to you and the administrator.
Vercel hosts the portal, Supabase provides authentication and data storage, and Resend delivers account emails through Supabase. Essential session storage keeps you signed in. Currency estimates use a public reference rate without sending your account details. Contact Felix to request account access, correction, or deletion; payment records may need to be retained for legitimate business and recordkeeping needs.
